By downloading, accessing, or using the scan.it mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

scan.it is a document scanning application that allows users to scan, edit, store, and export documents directly on their device.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium").

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Premium Features

Premium features may include:

  • Extended export limits (including large documents)
  • Advanced editing tools (text, signature, watermark, image overlays)
  • Document merging
  • Password protection for documents and PDF files

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you scan, store, or share using the App. You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes.

6. Local Storage

All documents are stored locally on your device. FAIN.NET TOV. does not provide cloud storage or backups.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by FAIN.NET TOV..

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAIN.NET TOV. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

FAIN.NET TOV. may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
